§ 60.2650. How do I maintain my operator qualification?

To maintain qualification, you must complete an annual review or refresher course covering, at a minimum, the five topics described in paragraphs
(a)through
(e)of this section:
(a)Update of regulations;
(b)Incinerator operation, including startup and shutdown procedures, waste charging, and ash handling;
(c)Inspection and maintenance;
(d)Prevention and correction of malfunctions or conditions that may lead to malfunction; and
(e)Discussion of operating problems encountered by attendees.
